I had an emergency situation at a multi-family housing unit where it was determined that the roof needed to be replaced immediately. I called Nor’easter along with several other roofing companies in order to get quotations. The owner Rob came out and met with me personally the day after I contacted him to access the situation and was very descriptive about the roof replacement process. Nor’easter’s price was very competitive and Rob gave me the confidence that the project would be done right. Knowing the roof was leaking and that we had an emergency situation on our hands he was able to make some adjustments to his busy schedule and fit me in 4 days later! How’s that for customer service!! 5 Stars and I would be happy to recommend to a friend. The roof looks fantastic!
