Our home is only 9 years old and had to have roof replaced! This was due to snow being shoveled off in 2015, which damaged the roof and started causing leaks in our bedroom. Got the runaround from another local company. They had no idea what the problem was?!Called Rob @Nor’Easter and he was out the next day. He was up on the roof and knew immediately the roof was damaged from the shoveling. Rob dealt with our insurance company and that was a big plus. Roof was just done last week. Cannot say enough great things about the crew of men and a woman. On time, set up and clean up were neat, work was excellent and roof looks great. The materials and workmanship were quality and far exceeded what the builder used and did on the construction of our home. The Project Manager, Tyler, is the best! He addressed any questions or concerns we had and was always on site. Plus, if he saw something he did not think was quite right, he handled it. Thank you Nor’Easter!
